Last Day of School

Last Day of School!  Kids were excited for summer but sad that the school year was over!

Cataldo Mission Field Trip

I chaperoned Rylee's class at the Cataldo Mission back in June.  Brought back memories!

 Rylee at the awards assembly with her teacher.  She received a perfect attendance certificate and joined the Million Word Club (she read over a million words during the school year).

Misc April school activities

The kids each created a piece of art out of recycled materials.  Paul made a circus tent

 Rylee made a playground (Rylee got 3rd place in the contest!)

 The 4th graders produce the newscast for Skyway!  Rylee was on the panel for a couple of months!

Lewis and Clark

Rylee participated in the 4th grade play.  She tried out and got one of the lead roles.  She and her friend Maddy were the  students writing a report about Lewis and Clark.  As they were giving their presentation the real Lewis and Clark showed up!  It was a really cute play and the girls did a great job!

A few weeks ago, Rylee performed at a local art fair with her marimba group!  So fun to watch!  These kids have talent!

BINGO!!!!

The kids school put on a bingo night a few weeks ago!  Paul went to a birthday party so couldn't come, but Ry and I had a blast!

4th Grade Spelling Bee

Rylee participated in the school spelling bee again this year.  She was 2nd in her class so she was able to move onto the school bee.  The winner from the school bee moves on to the district bee and 2nd place is an alternate for the district bee.  Rylee received 2nd place again this year.

 These are the words Rylee spelled during the bee.  When it gets down to 2 people, they have to spell 2 correctly in a row to win (that is why she missed 3 at the bottom).  She did amazing!  Good job Ry!

Sing a Long at the kids school

The kids school had a sing a long right before Christmas Break.  Rylee's chorus group sang first then each class sang a song.  It was pretty cute!

Festival of Trees

Rylee performed with the Star Spangled Showstoppers at the Festival of Trees.  They did a great job!

Rylee's Idaho History Project

Rylee had to create a long house or sweathouse for her Idaho history project.  She created a Long House and added a stream, animals, and Native Americans.  It turned out really cute!
